Before you make an appointment, please read the rules in my salon.

 

• Come alone for an appointment (no kids, no friends, no pets please).

• Do not come for an appointment if you feel unwell, you have got cold, any

symptoms of flu etc. (please inform me as soon as possible so date of your
appointment can be changed, otherwise your appointment will be cancelled
immediately and appointment will have to be paid for).

• Be on time for your appointment (not before or after time).

• Come with clean lashes and no make-up (foundation and blush is also make-up and time to clean it means less time to do your lashes).

• Come without contact lenses if you wear it.

• Please don’t drink coffee or energy drink before appointment.

• Wear comfortable clothes (try avoiding a hoodie as it may be uncomfortable to lie

on the bed).

• I charge deposit to secure an appointment (deposit is non-returnable and I don’t

book appointments until deposit is paid).

• Please consider the date of your appointment and do not change it.

• If you cannot come to the appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.

• Please remember if for any reasons you cancel your appointment, it will be

rescheduled to the earliest possible date.

• Minors (at least 16 years of age) may only be booked by their legal guardian.

• I do not infill eyelashes after another stylist.

• I remove dirty and neglected lashes and make a new application according to the

price list.

• Infill is up to 4 weeks, an appointment over 4 weeks is a new set (classic lashes up

to 3 weeks).

• Patch test required 48 hours prior the treatment (for every new client).
